*NEW* Big Lake Community Education and Big Lake Schools are excited to be launching our new partnership with Day One Sports Performance! This partnership will bring summer workout sessions to our student athletes that focus on warming up the body, speed and agility work, weights (bands, bodyweight exercise), finishing challenges, and stretching. No previous workout experience is necessary. Program sessions are planned out based on age/group participating and a specific sport/activity focus. Register for classes that your student will be entering for Fall. Must have current credit card on file for auto-withdrawal.
All levels meet 3 days/week M/T/Th, June 3-Aug 8. Modified schedule July 1-5. Location at BLHS Weight Room (Enter Door N) and outdoor practice field TBD.
